Booking Procedure

Our Booking Reservation system presents you with real-time vehicle Availability.
You can select your desired vehicle-group and proceed to booking confirmation.
Upon completing your personal details you will be presented with the payment or confirmation options.

Vehicle Types

The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles in the category. We will provide you with either this car or similar cars in size and engine type.
We cannot guarantee that the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website. Upon request we may be able to provide you with specific model.

Required When Collecting your Vehicle

Please make sure you present the following at the rental desk:

Voucher
Your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk. Failure to present your voucher means we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges.
Please note: We are not responsible for overcharges on rentals where the voucher was not presented to the local agent on collection of the vehicle

Driving License
A Valid Driving License for main driver and additional drivers

Photo ID
A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID).

Drivers Age & License

A New Driver Fee will be applied for customers 19-21 old - 7,00 € per day, tax not included, up to a maximum of 100,00 €. A year is required to have passed since the licence’s issue date.

An Elderly Driver Fee is applied to customers more than 76 years old - 5,92 € including taxes.

Customers are required to pay all toll fees, speeding, illegal parking fines and other fines - as well as all administrative costs incurred by them.

Driving License

Drivers must hold a full license for minimum 1 year with no major endorsements. An International Driver’s License (IDL) is required if the renter’s national driver’s license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese). International driver's license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

Additional Driver

The cost of adding an additional driver is 2.50 € inc.tax per day.
The car rental company will apply charges and limitations as far as the age of the additional drivers is concerned.

Insurance Coverage

ll our Vehicles are Mandatory insured for:
Third party liability protection (TP)
Public Liability Insurance (max 500.000EUR)
Theft waiver (TW): Excess 1,000 EUR

Full Damage Waiver (FDW):
You have Absolutely Zero liability in any collision damages to your vehicle (100% Full Insurance)

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO Insurance Coverage in the following cases:
1. Use of Drugs or Alcohol
2. Violation of Red Light
3. Violation of STOP Sign
4.Driving on unpaved road(offroad drivining)

Special Equipment/ Optional extras must be requested at the time of booking, and are included in the rental price.

Fuel Policy

The fuel tank of a vehicle will be full or partially full at pick-up. At the end of the rental service, the vehicle will need to be delivered having the same amount of fuel in the tank. In case it is delivered having less fuel, the customer will be charged for the missing fuel. The fuel charge will depend on the size of the fuel tank and the price police of the car rental company. The customer will be required to leave a deposit for the fuel cost - usually in the form of an amount reserved (but not deducted) on the credit card upon signing the car rental agreement. The car rental company may allow or demand from the customer to pay for the fuel upon its delivery.

Out of hours Fee

If you need your car out of normal office hours, whether being at pick-up or delivery, the car rental company will make sure the availability of a staff member. Notice is required before this service and you will be charged a fee to cover it. This service’s fee is 25 €.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a Fully Prepaid Reservation

If you cancel 48 hours or more before the commence of the hire service, the payment you have made will be refunded.

If you cancel within 48 hours before pick-up, the cost of a 3-day rental service will be withheld and the rest of the payment will be refunded

If you keep the car for less than 3 days, no extra charge will be applied, but no refund will be received.

If you do not show at the agreed time and date, or / and do not provide all the necessary documents or / and do not provide a credit card with enough available funds, the car rental company may refuse you the car.

Reservation with Deposit Cancellation

If you cancel in 48 days or more before the commence of your rental service, the deposit will be retained and the rest of the remaining payment you have made will be refunded.

If you cancel in less than 28 hours in advance, but before the commence of your rental service, the deposit or the cost of a 3-day rental charge (whatever is greater) will be retained and you will receive a refund of the remaining amount.

If you have reserved the car for less than 3 days, no extra charge will be applied, but no refund will be received.

No-show is when:

You wish to cancel but you have not informed us before the commence of the rental service, or You fail to collect your car at the agreed time and date, or You do not provide us with the appropriate documentation to collect the car, or You fail to provide us with a credit card on the main driver’s name with enough funds in it.

In all these cases, no refund will be issued for the payments you have made.

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse the car to any customer who cannot arrive on time with all the necessary documents and a credit card with enough available funds to deposit the car's guaranty deposit. In such a case, unless the rental service has been cancelled in advance, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Alterations

You may change your online rental, free of charge, at any time before the commence of your rental service. In case you have changed a service that affects the rental price (e.g. location, vehicle category or the duration of the rental service), you will be charged at current prices that may differ from the one you had initially been charged.

Note: Please contact us if your pick-up takes place in less than 48 hours and you wish to modify your booking. Please, note: Prices are based on pick-up times and dates arranged by you before commencing the rental service. In case you choose to collect your vehicle later or deliver it earlier, the cost of the unused hours or days will not be refunded.
